House Rules

Instead of having weapon proficiency, each character will start with 4 offensive proficiencies and gain another every 3 levels.These can be used to purchase either combat or magic abilities. The player must spend their points within their class. This means that a caster must take spell proficiencies and melee must take weapon proficiencies. All melee weapons are available after taking the Offensive Proficiency: melee weapons for 1 slot. All ranged weapons will have Offensive Proficiency: ranged weapons for 1 slot. All Magic/ Prayers will be available after taking the Offensive Proficiency: Magic or Prayer each at 1 slot.
An example would be if a Warrior/Mage wanted to both cast and do melee dmg his starting 4 slots would have Melee Weapons and Magic. There are still 2 slots available, so they could then go and specialize or purchase other abilities.

I will be changing the Combat a little compared to what we are used to, I will be adding some weapon specialization options.
I will also be implementing some different rules and abilities in Magic.
